MEDIA WATCH
I write a blog for the Scientology STAND website and was sorry to learn this morning, via Yahoo Entertainment News, that I don’t exist. For the longest time, I thought I did.

My name is Jim Meskimen. I am not a robot, I am a flesh and blood person, and a blogger for STAND. As I am not merely an avatar or a fake account, I am capable of thinking and feeling, and expressing my own views.
MEDIA WATCH
This hate campaign by a former member of Scientology has really gotten out of hand. For you to be forwarding it pretty much discredits your site and inclines me to get any and all of my data from Bing. I have pretty much started doing this lately anyway, but this seals the deal.

The irony of your “article” is that Scientologists Taking Action Against Discrimination was born out of the desire from Scientologists themselves to stand up to the bigotry and say: “I have a face, I have a name, I am a Scientologist, knock it off.”
MEDIA WATCH
A few STAND members have asked, for their own protection, to be provided with an avatar. This was granted solely because Leah Remini and Mike Rinder are responsible for instigating over 500 documented threats of violence, death threats, acts of vandalism and hate targeting the Church, its parishioners and its leaders.

The Huffington Post owes me and every other Scientologist an apology for deciding to climb onto the hate-Scientology bandwagon without thoroughly checking out their contributing writer and his sources.

When alarming accusations start to fly in the media, as they do more and more these days, do the right thing and scrutinize the accuser, not only the accused. If we do that the truth becomes blindingly clear; his accusers have nothing to say but lies, and their only intention is to bring harm to a person of good will.
MEDIA WATCH
Today’s world of media-incited religious hatred is wrong. The only product of your article is to spread bigotry against Scientology. And if the press popularizes bigotry against one religion, whose faith is next?

By Ali’s own admission, he has spent “17 years obsessed” with the subject and judging by his record he is incapable of objectivity.

Tony Ortega is the caliber of researcher best employed by the likes of Ali—someone so utterly devoid of ethics that any claim, false or embellished, will do for his attack-dog writing.
