Alex Barnes-Ross and the Criminal Circle That Defines Him—A STAND Exposé

You can tell a lot about a person by the company they keep, and when it comes to Alex Barnes-Ross, his closest allies speak volumes. Criminals, predators, abusers and extremists—each is a stark reflection of the bigoted stalker’s own degeneracy.

Meet the depraved people Alex Barnes-Ross calls friends. 

Tony Ortega

As can be seen in the image below, Alex Barnes-Ross and Tony Ortega are the best of friends. Ortega’s last job was serving the owners of Backpage, the world’s largest online marketplace for child sex trafficking before the FBI shut it down in 2018. As part of his work propagandising the site, Ortega downplayed sex trafficking as “a mass panic,” “national fantasy” and “small problem” and targeted those exposing what he called a “nonexistent epidemic of sexual slavery.” “Underage prostitution,” Ortega wrote, “is nothing like what is being trumpeted.” Ortega defended Backpage so fiercely while smearing the human rights advocates working to expose it that The New York Times dubbed Ortega the site’s “attack dog.”

One of the Backpage executives Ortega praised as an idol was convicted in November 2023. The other committed suicide before the trial.

But Ortega’s record extends beyond championing child sex trafficking: It includes a documented history of ridiculing and victim-shaming survivors of sexual violence, as well as mocking, stalking and doxing people of faith—“tithe-making suckers” he calls “fair game” for harassment and ridicule.

Mark Fisher

Alex Barnes-Ross’ good friend Mark Fisher (see image below) is the author of a blog that instructs men on how to take advantage of victims of sex trafficking in Thailand, many of whom are underaged girls.

In introducing the sex tourist in a 2024 YouTube video, Barnes-Ross referred to him as “the esteemed Mark Fisher.”

“In Thailand,” Fisher wrote on his blog, “you spend $60 to $75 and are guaranteed action at the end of the night! If you want to have some real fun, order the girl an alcoholic drink or better yet, a shot of liquor, which will really loosen them up.”

“The main attraction is the girls giving the men oral sex under their bar stools out in the open!” he continued. “You can take any one of the girls home with you to your hotel for a night of fun! They will NEVER SAY NO! You always will end up at your hotel room, where she will do whatever you want in the bedroom.”

Nathanial Plotner, aka “Nasty Nathanial”

Plotner and Alex Barnes-Ross are “collaborators” in bigotry, as can be seen from the image below. In a January 18, 2025 YouTube video, Barnes-Ross called Plotner an “OG” (original gangster) and told Plotner he loved Plotner’s “style.”

Plotner’s rap sheet includes a conviction for multiple felony counts of terrorist threats, stalking and attempted extortion. His most chilling act: threatening to murder people if police failed to deliver $1 million, in a crime that earned him years in prison.

Jon Breen

As the image below shows, Breen and Alex Barnes-Ross are cheerful co-conspirators in an anti-religious harassment campaign. According to public sources, Breen was found guilty of harassment in 2021 and has been arrested multiple times for harassing and stalking his former girlfriend and her family, as well as for violating the conditions of the woman’s restraining order. In his most recent arrest, Breen was detained for 15 days in a psychiatric facility. He has reportedly been under investigation by multiple UK police forces for racism, harassment and hate speech, with nine criminal cases opened against him. Breen was last seen cheering on Barnes-Ross’ stalking of a female Scientologist—demanding an encore in a tweet immediately endorsed and reposted by Alex Barnes-Ross.

In October 2024, in a YouTube video of Barnes-Ross’ that the platform has since removed for violating its policies, Breen is heard stating that the Church’s UK headquarters “should burn down.” Breen was standing outside those headquarters with Alex Barnes-Ross.

John McGhee

McGhee and Alex Barnes-Ross work hand in glove to stalk the Church, as shown in the image below. McGhee was convicted in May 2024 of public order offences after displaying a hate placard with a swastika on it at a Pride Parade. He was also placed under a permanent injunction following a violent 2014 assault on a female Scientologist. McGhee has publicly called for the assassination of Scientologists and the leader of their religion.

Marc Headley

Alex Barnes-Ross and Marc Headley support each other in their digital bigotry. A self-admitted violent abuser, Headley stole more than $15,000 in equipment from the Church of Scientology before fleeing while under investigation. Headley has openly described his violent outbursts as “out of control” and admitted to his own practice of “push[ing] girls around.” His sister—whom he tried to drown—calls him “a complete and utter toxic personality.” Headley’s online persona includes proudly reminiscing about his public drunkenness, including passing out in his own vomit in the gutter on Hollywood Boulevard.

Brad Delaine

Delaine and Alex Barnes-Ross are partners in depravity. Delaine’s online activity centres on harassing women under the handle “@teabitch,” with a stream of sexually degrading tweets: “Did you guys have an orgy and not invite me? :(” “My TL has so little porn!” “Hello sexy butt xx” and “I still have c—m up my nose.”

Ever the stalker, Barnes-Ross replied to Delaine: “I must say I am impressed with your persistence.”

From child sex trafficking apologists and violent felons to stalkers and misogynists, Barnes-Ross embraces those who champion the “values” he calls his own. His friends and associates are a portrait in criminality and depravity—which is why Barnes-Ross is generally shunned, including by his own mother.
