On the final approach to New York’s La Guardia airport at 8:40 a.m. we flew over the World Trade Center. I was marveling at its beauty and the New York City skyline. Eight minutes later, the world was tragically changed.

Too often, man has seen rebellion as simply the opportunity to “do unto others as you believe they have done unto you.” Such rebellion strikes the wrong target. The real enemy is not other men.

Ron was discussing methods of determining sanity. He described sanity in a number of ways but the simplest was noting the individual’s ability to compute—think—accurately. The word that got me was “accurately.”

I was born in 1943, too young to experience World War II. I am Jewish and as I grew older I learned about the Holocaust and the atrocities of the Germans during the time of the Nazis.

Scientology has given me the key to embracing life as an exciting adventure, not something to endure or hide from. Priceless.
